Little Tree Point Wells

This large, two-storey house is the third iteration of the ‘Little Tree’, a partially standardised, reconfigurable design for a gabled house. Glulam portal frames create a generous double height living space while sliding timber screens provide
shading and animate the elevations. The 'Little Tree' is an efficient and economical alternative to a fully bespoke, new build house.
