This mixed use development proposes a four story town house on top of office space on a thin, urban site in Ponsonby. Small level changes and double height spaces accentuate the vertical nature of this project, providing rhythm and drama to the routine of ascending or descending the stairs. The busy street is mediated by a façade of scalloped concrete panels while an outdoor living space on the rooftop provides a small respite from the bustle of the city.
